Firmware is optional on Sable and affects only MIDI handling. The analog path has never been touched by a firmware release, by design.

Email service@kvainstruments.com with the serial (it is on the back panel and on your calibration sheet). Answer within one business day, from Priya, not a queue.
Flat quote before you ship
Most repairs are $120 flat plus return shipping. Warranty repairs cost you nothing but the stamp. You approve the quote before anything crosses the bench.
Back within two weeks
Median bench turnaround is nine days. Every returned instrument gets a fresh calibration sheet with the repair note stapled to it.

Asked often, answered straight.
Everything except physical abuse and liquid damage. Pots, switches, jacks, keys, the filter, the walnut: if it fails under normal use in five years, we repair or replace it at no cost. We have never denied a claim.
Yes. Pots, switches, key contacts, side panels and full voice cards for every model. Email the serial and what you need. We would rather your instrument keep working than keep your business captive.
No. Oscillators drift a few cents as the room warms up, and we calibrate the average into spec at 22 degrees Celsius. If your unit drifts more than 10 cents from its calibration sheet, that is a warranty repair.
Sell it freely, the warranty follows the serial, not the buyer. If you want a trade-in, we pay 60% of current list against any new instrument, and the traded unit goes into the rental pool for Detroit schools.
